I wore heels high like that when I was 34 weeks with my first for a wedding. My feet never got swollen my entire pregnancy. Pregnancy seems to be agreeing with her extremely well!

If not for my swollen feet and cankles I would have totally rocked heels too.
I never had an issue with center of gravity being off- just with elephantiasis of the feet!

I don't know why everyone gets so freaked out about high heels - if you can walk in them, you can walk in them - I never had any issues b/c my 'center of gravity was off'
I wore heels like that probably up through 35 weeks. ........as long as my non swollen feet would allow.

If you could pull off those heels while pg, more power to you. But I don't think it's uncommon for your center of gravity to be off though while carrying around the equivalent of like a twenty pound bowling ball.
