Bladder Infection?
I've had UTIs (same thing). They just prescribe antibiotics. You may feel pressure if you're further along.

I'm almost 26 weeks. I def feel pressure and slight cramping. I called on Wednesday and they said to hydrate and relax. It doesn't burn when I pee but I def feel something. I'll have to call again tomorrow.

Just go in for a quick urine test and they can tell you either way. I thought I had one with my first pregnancy but turned out I didn't. Better to be safe, though, and have it checked out.

Bladder Infection?
I am 18 weeks and right around thanksgiving I got a kidney stone that also turned into a kidney infection. I have a stent in my kidney to hopefully pass the stone and by February I hope to have the stent out
