Blackberry users ... help!
i left my blackberry plugged in overnight, and it was off this morning and will not turn on.
i suspected that it didn't charge, so i switched it to a different outlet this morning.
now, i am seeing a faint screen with a picture of a battery with a blue lightning bolt going through it. what does this mean??
