i just looked in the mirror and I am disgusted by the amount that are growing on my cheek. What the heck causes these and how do i get rid of them?? Ive never had them nearly as bad as this. Maybe one or two, but this is crazy!

Re: black heads....
You can use this to remove blackheads but it's annoying and kinda hurts.

I'm not sure if they still have them anymore, but the nose strips remove them as well. They used to work great for me. Now I just use St. Ive's Apricot Scrub for blemishes and blackheads. It really helps keep my skin clear.

Re: black heads....
I feel like nothing truly gets rid of blackheads, besides a hardcore medicine like Accutane.

You press down on the pore and it shoots out whats inside. The issue is if you push too hard--which I have, it leaves a red circle on your face!
I have horrifying skin lately. I just went today to the dermatologist for a silk peel. They do ALL the extractions for you. So gross and it hurts like crazy but I have to go every other month or my skin is foul.

Re: black heads....
I have the other black head remover with the circles at each end. It's best to do it when your pores or open -after you wash your face, out of the shower, etc. I use the "tool" and press or gently pull down in the corners of my nose and in the middle of my chin. The strips also work to remove black heads too.

Re: black heads....
I have them too!!!
I used to get them under my eyes from my makeup but now they're on my cheek. Blech!
I think our best bet is to get a facial w/extraction.
Then use a toner every night - should keep them away.
