BJ's cakes
I have to call them this morning, but is it true that BJ's cakes are buttercream and not whipped cream?

I would just ask when you call. It is common for grocery store type bakeries to use "buttercream", but it is made with vegetable shortening not butter.

It's like a white or chocolate icing... I wouldn't really call it "buttercream"
