Birthday Party

Hi,

My daughters 3rd birthday party is this weekend at My Gym. There will be 19 children, My Gym supplies 2 pies (32 kid slices) for the kids and we need to supply food for the adults.

I'm not 100% sure if 2 parents will attend for each of the kids but I'm estimating that this is the case & that 35 adults will attend (this is including our family and friends). Is 9 pies enough in addition to the 2 kid pizzas? This gives each adult 2 slices. Is all plain pizza fine? I don't want to get complicated with toppings and such.

Thank You!!

Def stick to plain pizza. I think that is enough. If the families have a sibling then only one parent would come.

Re: Birthday Party

Def stick with just plain pizza. I would estimate 1.5 parents per guest. Some will have 2, most will have 1.

Hi I totally get how you figure out the pizza. I can say from experience in October, I had my twins 3rd birthday at fire museum. We had 25 children. 5 pies included. ( we had 1 extra- 6 total) We had two pies cute into 16 slices because well, they are 3yrs. LOL We had so much left over. I would NOT BUY 9. It's way to much & the parents probably won't even eat.

Remember that at these parties its pizza/cake for 1/2 hour time slot. In reality pizza is out for 15 minutes. Nobody will be eating 2 slices that fast.
