My niece is 12 and she likes Hollister, Abercrombie, Aeropostale and American Eagle clothes.
What about an Itunes gift cert if she has an Ipod?

That's what I gave last year. I tunes g/c and I believe it was Gilly Hicks that was in.
I think clothes are the best thing at that age. What about a Claires G/C you think that would be "cool", so she could get hair clips or jewelry?

I agree with all of the above. If she's a girly girl, my 12 year old niece loves Juicy & Coach. Thankfully, she babysits toward her obsession.

My DD is 13 and loves gift cards...AMEX or VISA or DISCOVER she likes the best because she can use them anywhere and she likes to sign her name on the credit card receipt  Oh...and Itunes is another favorite

My SD is turning 12 and her favorite store is Justice...She also likes American Girl doll's still, though I'm sure that won't last too much longer
