Birthday Favor Help!
My DS's 3rd birthday party is in two weeks and I have no idea what to do for favors! The kids at the party will range in age from under 1 to 10 years old. What can I get that will make everyone happy?? I was thinking of something edible, like a cupcake??
TIA!

You having a theme? I usually like to do something close to the theme. Is it outside or at a place?

DS is into race cars so I might have a race car cake and décor but nothing too crazy.
I'm having it at The Little Gym.

Birthday Favor Help!
I wouldn't do a cupcake for a kids birthday just bc they need to be eaten right away and who wants to give a cupcake after they have cake at a party. I did the little buckets from party city for DD's third and put a mish mosh of stuff in there but not junk. We did a small play dough, a jump rope, stickers, teddy grahams. For the one year olds I did a little person animal and teddy grahams in a little bag.

That sounds cute. How much did it run you per bucket?

Re: Birthday Favor Help!
Play Dough
Bubbles
Crayons w/ Coloring Book
Cookies (I did a theme cookie for mine, pic in album)
Make a little box with the above in it, together, as a goody bag.

Probably around $5. The buckets themselves are 1.50 so that was probably the most expensive part. I definitely could have found a cheaper thing to put them in but I only needed 6.

If you have girls at your sons' parties do you give them the same favor?

Birthday Favor Help!
My best friend gave out a cute favor recently. It was a little bucket filled with bubbles, stickers and one of those tiny boxes of crayons. The bubbles were by far the favorite!

Re: Birthday Favor Help!
I like books as a favor. Many dollar stores have them. Went to a party & got them recently at the end with a ribbon around it.
It's honestly the only thing that I don't immediately toss.
Personally, I've stopped giving favors.

Birthday Favor Help!
I would say either something arts and crafts like coloring books with crayons Beach pails with shovel and maybe put in some crackers Beach towel Book Art supplies
I do boy colors or more of a boys theme if the theme is too girly... race cars u can do red ones for girls
Or even each kid gets a few matchbox cars print out a race track for each kid on card stock paper.
