I have empire BCBS and it was covered, depends on weather its an epo or ppo, what do you have...

Honestly, I don't know. I just switched to my DH's insurance - I guess I should find out.

OMG, I was just thinking to ask about this lab.
I have a slightly diff q: I have UHC and they take it. But I do not know many ppl who used them. Can I be sure that their quality is as good as Lab Corp? Are they reliable? Thanks
