Big baby
Little Jin from China has to be one of the cutest babies I've seen, but damn! Jin was born weighing in at around 7 pounds, but his weight quickly ballooned. He's only 8-months old and weighs around 41-pounds.
His mother said he started gaining weight almost immediately. She said she has to nurse him around 20 times a day, because he gets hungry. Unfortunately, the poor thing can't crawl or walk, because of his weight. Image Attachment(s):

Prader Willi
It's possible... poor baby can't crawl because of his weight. I wonder if there is anything doctors can do.

Prader-Willi...
The disorder is associated with excessive hunger, hypothalomus is affected so they never feel full, and to compound that, they also have diminished metabolisms which adds to the morbid obesity...They never vomit either, interstingly enough, so they could literally eat themselves to death, and food needs to be locked up because of that! On top of cognitive impairments, they also have difficulty with gross motor movement and poor muscle control and strength... Not sure if it manifests this early, but thats a good guess.... Could be....

Re: Big baby
I just did a quick look - and it seems that hyperphagia (excessive eating) doesn't manifest until around 6 yrs of age - at this point, the baby would have hypotonia (low muscle tone) but a poor s u c k, which means it would actually be difficult for him to nurse and get so much in.... So he could just have a metabolism issue...
