BH at 32 weeks???
I am feeling pressure, a hard stomach, and the feeling of having to use the bathroom. Is this BH????
WHen do you usually start to feel them?? Does this mean that the real thing is right around the corner??? I hope not, I am not due for another 8 weeks.
Any info would be great, THANKS

Re: BH at 32 weeks???
I started feeling BH real early, but from what I read they start in your 8th-9th month.
They shouldn't be painful, and you shouldn't feel pressure down there, like near your cervix.
I would call your dr and tell them your symptoms. I don't want to scare you, but BH shouldn't give you pressure or make you have abdominal cramping
Does BH come from your back on work it's way forward? How many times an hour does your tummy get hard?
Lay down, drink 2-3 glasses of water, and count and time those BH, if they are rythmic or if you are getting more than 4 an hour, DEF CALL THAT DR!!
Keep us updated!

Re: BH at 32 weeks???
Its not painful or anything like that, just annoying. I first felt it yesterday in the car, then once today. I have a Dr. Appt. tonight anyway, so I will bring it up to her.

Re: BH at 32 weeks???
I started to feel BH just on Friday at the tail end of my 24th week. The dr. told me you can feel them from 20 wks and on. You sound like you are feeling similar to how I was.

So this doesn't mean that I am going to deliver too early then, right??

No. My dr. explained it as practice contractions, but they do not progress you to labor. She did say that when it happens to immediately get off my feet and lay down flat if I can and drink lots of fluids. And that if it happens persistently for an hour, then to call her.

Re: BH at 32 weeks???
Yep sounds like BH to me and you're at the right time to start having them.
Also when the baby rolls, sometimes it feels similar.
If you have BH 6 times an hour or every 10 minutes, call your dr. Otherwise, drink a lotttt of water and rest when you can. It's all normal.
