BFP!!!!
I am in shock!! I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility and it took 2 years and IVF to get pg with my beautiful DD... Fast forward two years... Since they never found a "reason" I couldnt get pg, DH and I decided to just see what happens before going to FET... Well, after 6 months nothing happened. I figured that I was having whatever my problem was for the first again... Two failed FETs later I decided to go to the endocrinologist.
My thyroid has always been borderline hyper but they would never put me on meds bc it was so close to normal. I always truly felt that was my issue bc they never found anything else wrong with me or DH. After my two failed FETs, I was so discouraged and just wished I could get pg on my own. I hadnt been feeling well so I went to the endo, they ran a thyroid and it was abnormal but not by much. I pretty much demanded meds... They kept saying "well, it PROBABLY has nothing to do with you having difficulty getting pg".
Long story short... First month on thryroid meds... boom, pg on my own!! I am in shock.. I will never know for sure if it was the thyroid, but that seems like a very strong coincidence!!
I literally POAS this morning.. Im nervous.. Never been pg without all those meds (progesterone, ect)
