BFing moms- something is wrong-need advice
When pumping last night- blood came squirting out of one. I stopped, dumped the milk and cleaned the parts right away but now Im scared to
-try again
-put her on directly
Has this happened to anyone?
What is wrong with me?
I have a call into my ob

Sounds like you've broken a blood vessel (did you pump for a long time?) It never happened to me so I'm not sure what you should do...I would call the Dr.

That's happened to me while nursing. I bled when I had cracked sore nips.
Def call the ob, they can prescribe an anitbiotic ointment for you that will heal the cut so you don't get an infection.
All i had to do was wipe off the ointment to nurse baby.

Sorry this happened, I'd call the ob. The nurse at the BF class told us you can continue to nurse even if you're bleeding....
