bfing and alcohol consumption question
Ds is ebf (I pump). I'm thinking about having a drink with dinner at 8 pm. My next pumping session is at 11. Should Ipump and dump or is it ok to have 1 drink? Ds will be 2 months tomorrow if it matters.

No need to dump it. Alcohol doesn't linger in your milk anymore than it does in your blood. You'll be fine by 11 if you're having one drink.

absolutely NOT! My LC told me that as long as you are ok to drive you are ok to feed your LO. I bet you could have 2

I use them all the time (& occasionally fail them miserably lol!!!)

this exactly...If you are ok to drive you are ok to drink! I have def breastfed with 1 in my system no problems
