BFing
Is it as beneficial if I'm alternating BFing and formula each feeding? I'm trying to get this whole pumping thing down. I didn't pump in time for her next feeding - so we gave her a formula bottle and I'll save this one for the next feeding. Is that okay? Thanks!

It's definitely beneficial. The only thing about supplementing is that if you aren't pumping during the formula feeding session eventually your supply is going to decrease becaue it's all supply and demand.
