I agree dinner or some type of social outing. If not than you can get her gift certificate to her favorite restaurant, spa certificate, show, hair or nail salon, something experience related. Regardless of how much stuff you have, you always eat and go out.
We bought my old boss a restaurant gift
Certificate to one of those 5 star
restaurants where you have the 9 tastings. Him and his wife loved it.
