BF weaning moms - cramps?
I'm starting to wean my pumping sessions.. and started getting menstrual-like cramps, but no AF yet.. the cramps really bugged me last night! can someone pls tell me if this is normal?

Its normal!
When I was BF Julia and she started on foods and the BF wasn't as frequent, I started to get bad cramping, but no AF. It was like that for a few more months, then boom AF hit hard!
Its your body telling you AF is on her way!
