Bf moms question about medicines
I have a terrible time falling back to sleep after Dds middle of the night feeding (even if Dh feeds her a bottle I still wake when she cries).im returning to work so my sleeping from10-3am just won't cut it. Do you think it's safe for me to take Tylenol pm and not feed dd or pump for 8 hours??
Also is there a website or anything that lists medicines that are safe for me to take while bfing?

That's a good site that tells you what drugs are safe to use while brestfeeding and during pregnancy. I was told by a lactation consultant that it was safe to take tylonel pm. She said it was tylonal(which is safe) and Benadryl(which she said was also safe).

If I'm not sure about medication I call the pharmacy that I use and explain to them that u BF and ask if u can take it
