Do you have nursing tanks? I would try wearing them under a pullover sweater. And I used a nursing cover, if you are looking to cover up more.

yea I used to wear nursing tanks and a cardigan. I also wore nursing bras and a regular shirt and if I knew I would have some sort of privacy, I would just pull up my top

I wore a lot of nursing tanks in the beginning and now that it's colder, i'll sometimes wear one under a thick sweater. Otherwise, I really like the Long and Lean tanks at Target. They're nice and stretchy so that you can pull your regular top up and pull the tank and bra down so that your belly and almost all skin are covered. Some Old Navy tanks are stretchy enough too but I feel that they get a little stretched out. The target ones always go back to their original shape.

Almost always a stretchy fitted tank and a cardigan or hoodie. Anytime I try to branch out and wear something cute, I regret it whenI have to BF 6X during the day.

Re: BF moms- what do you wear?
After a few months, I found that I was more comfortable wearing normal clothes and pulling one side up to feed, than I was wearing nursing clothes and pulling one side down.
You actually show a lot less boob that way, because your shirt kind of falls over the part of your chest that your DC isn't already covering with his face. If you wear a nursing tank or top, you have to pull it down and expose the whole boob, KWIM? Plus after a few months I was SO done with those click-in straps.
