BF moms - if you don't switch sides when nursing..
what do you do with the other boob that's still engorged? Do you pump? Or just bear with it till the next feeding?

I stopped switching sides each feeding at around 6 weeks. By then my supply was pretty steady and I only dealt with engorgement when Ryan would sleep 6+ hours.

In the beginning I always pumped out the other side. By 10 weeks I stopped.
