BF - increasing supply?
DD is 7 months. I just feel lately like I have nothing. Is it too late to increase my supply? Any tips? TIA!

LOTS AND LOTS of water and taking fenugreek worked well for me. Believe or not lots of rest also helped my supply. Make sure you are eating enough as well 
Other suggest eating oatmeal and drinking mothers milk tea...never really worked for me personally.

Calcium/magnesium/zinc was the only thing that worked for me, especially because my supply went to nothing after I got AF. I took 1500mg cal/750mag/45zinc, vitamin shoppe has an all-in-one.
