we usually just drink water - we used to drink Crystal light iced tea, but the sweetener gives me a headache .

I drink Kool Aid. I like the taste better than Crystal Light. I water it down so it's not so sweet.

ETA: I also drink a lot of water. DH drinks iced tea and fruit juices.

I really like iced green tea. I just used regular green tea bags and cooled it. I throw in a little Spenda too. There is a little caffeine but I am sure you can get decaf.

Re: Beverages

I drink a ton of water now, but I also like lemonade and iced tea. I do, however, water those both down.

Re: Beverages

I can't have carbonation either. I make fresh brewed ice tea using decaf tea bags and fresh lemon. I try and drink a lot of water, but squeeze a slice of fresh lemon into it. Or I buy the light juices (cranberry or cranapple) or something and water it down. Make sure it is 100% juice, but I go for the light, so it is less sugar and calories.
