We did with them in January. Don't know names at the moment and it went smoothly and I have no complaints.

trying to get someone to call back is just ridiculous. I've called all over and no one gets back to me.

Love them I have dealt w/three people in my branch, all were nice and friendly and helpful. I even have a favorite teller.
