I'm so upset I ovulated on 1/21 and they are saying I'm miscarrying did anyone else have numbers that low and it was fine?

I had a 27 and she's now a healthy 1 year old! Anything over 25 is considered pregnant. Plus, you're one day shy of 4 weeks (if you have a normal 28 day cycle). Good luck!

Why would they think miscarriage? I went for a blood test when I was like a day pregnant (because of prior ectopic) and I think my beta was like 22. And all was fine, healthy little boy born in July..
Are you bleeding/cramping etc?

A 33 day cycle would be even more of a reason for a lower beta.. It's only been 13 days since ovulation. I don't understand why the doc would jump to such a conclusion.

No bleeding alil cramping but nothing crazy. I've been having faint faint pos since Saturday morning and this am was the first pos digital!

Plus I'm high risk due clotting disorder and would start lovenox Tom. But I did have beta done yesterday but lab corp lost bloods so can't go off that number to see If it elevated at all

I'm sorry you are going through this. I had two chemical m/ c's. First time beta was 20. It doubled for about a week and a half, but never got over a 400.
Second time starting beta was a 47 and dropped next day.
Both times I felt fine.
My RE likes to see a starting beta over 50, and they say it is their experience it is more viable when that number is reached quickly. My dr was upfront like yours - and I questioned the heck out of it - but in the end he was always right.
Are you on baby asprin? I too have a clotting disorder and took baby asprin up until positive beta this time around, and then added lovenox.
I hope your pregnancy progresses normally and the dr is just being overly cautious! What was your progesterone? For me, the first two pregnancies had incredibly low progesterone also. Could that be why he's not optimistic?

Yes I'm on Asa and started lovenox. They did a progession level but don't know the answer to that yet! Thank ladies for all the help!

My beta was 70 on 16dpo with DS and he is now a happy and healthy 22 month old!
26 might be ok, especially if you are only 13 DPO. Hang in there!

On Sunday beta was 14 and then Monday 26 so it near doubled in one day! Will repeat beta tomorrow!

did they check progesterone too while they were at it? if not, ask them to check tomorrow

My first beta for this pregnancy was 22. I'm not sure of my date of ovulation, but I'm pretty sure I was around 14dpo at the time. I'm 22 weeks now with a healthy baby. The first number doesn't mean anything. The number doubling in the appropriate time frame is the important thing.
