Beta #2 - Update about very low beta
I posted on Wednesday that my beta was only 7.82. I met with Dr. Brenner today to discuss our options as this is our second failed FET resulting in (most likely) a chemical again. He just called with my beta from today and it's 26.6. Yes, it more than tripled, but it's still low for having my transfer on 10/27. After speaking with Dr. Brenner, we have decided that I will continue my meds until Monday and have beta # 3 then. This waiting really is torture. I know the likelihood of this turning out good is very slim, and I almost wish I wasn't stuck in limbo like this

Being stuck in beta limbo is just hell - I know. I've had both good and bad outcomes, so I'm going to pray that yours continues to climb at a good rate.

Thank you all I definitely am NOT optimistic about this at all - guess it's just my way of preparing for the worst. Guess I'll have a better idea of what direction I'm headed in after my beta on Monday. This beta hell sucks!!

Beta hell IS hell...there is nothing quite like it...I was stuck there on two occasions. One with a negative outcome and one with a positive. I pray it is the later with you too

You only get the positive outcome As you can see my numbers never really doubled properly
2/9 - Retrieval
2/14 - 5dt
2/23 - (14dpO) Beta 54 - Monday
2/25 - (16dpO) Beta 86 - Wednesday
2/27 - (18dpO) Beta 161 - Friday
3/1 - (20dpO) Beta 376 - Sunday
3/4 - (24dpO) Sono Yolk Sac
Week later we saw the heartbeat

I've also had it go both ways, but my successful pregnancy with DD started out the lowest at 25 at 14 dpo (9dp5dt- FET). I didn't want to start PIO because I was SO sure it was going to be another chemical. Four days later it was 325!! My chemical pregnancies never had doubling betas so I think you should be optimistic. Beta hell is the worst, hope you get some answers soon

Wow, that was some beta jump! PRAYING that I have a similar jump tomorrow. Beta hell is definitely the worst!! Thanks for your response
