best vacation w/ a 3 month old
Trying to plan a vaca w/ DH and baby, and have no clue where to go!!!

We are going to Montauk next week with Landon, he is just over 3 months old.
Next month we are going to Key West for a destination wedding - DH and I are both in the wedding party and I am bringing a babysitter for DS. It just seems so hard with the flight, renatl car and long drive, and then the wedding. I am looking forward to Montauk so much more!

Honestly, someplace where you have a lot of room and not much to do.
We took Christopher to Florida for a family reunion when he was 3 months old and it was in a rented house and it went fine b/c we didn't have to do much or go anywhere if we didn't want to.
Julz' suggestion of Montauk is a good one too.

I would say at 3 months, anywhere. They are pretty easy at that age, and not moving all over. We went to Newport, RI when he was 2 months, and had a great trip...we also went to Syracuse when he was a couple of weeks old, and then went to Boston when he was about 4 months old. I also think if you want to fly, that this would be fine as well. Wherever you decide, enjoy

We spent a week in Nantucket when DD was just 3 months old. It was nice...a lot of walking and great weather.

Anywhere! they still sleep so much at that point that sleeping on the plane shouldnt be a problem! We brought our son to St. Maartin when he was 6 months and he was really good.

I took DD to Carolina Beach at 2 months old. We rented a house and I had my mom and SIL there to help, but it was a great vacation.
