Best pull-ups?
What do you find to be the best pull-ups for containing pee? My son just recently potty trained and we got Target pull-ups just to use for overnight. I like them for a lot of reasons, but they don't hold pee very well at all. He still pees a pretty good amount overnight, so he's waking up in the middle of the night needing a shower and a change of sheets. What do you all use that work better?

Re: Best pull-ups?
I like the Huggies pull-ups. They stay on well and easy to pull up and down. Holds in the pee and poop plus I like that the sides open easily if needed. Been using it with DS while he's potty training.

Best pull-ups?
i prefer the pampers brand but i have use huggies in the past and they hold a good amount of pee. my mom watches my nephew on the weekends and she always used huggies but he started leaking through them so she switched to pampers

Re: Best pull-ups?
I have a silly question I've been meaning to ask, related to this... DD is 4 and nowhere NEAR night training (she is a really deep sleeper). I put her in overnight diapers overnight, not pull-ups. Is there a reason I should switch to pull-ups? I have zero expectation that she'll get up and go to the bathroom overnight (it hasn't been discussed with her yet) so what's the point of the pull-up? Is it because you've told your DC that if they wake up and have to go potty they can just do it?

Best pull-ups?
For containing pee I like Huggies Little Movers Slip Ons (they are in the regular diaper section, not the pull-up section). They have the absorbancy of a regular diaper.

It's totally a personal choice. For us, we decided to completely ditch diapers when he decided to potty train. We didn't want to hang on to diapers, so we sell pull-ups to him as "nighttime underwear." He was very proud when he started wearing underwear, so we didn't want to bring him down by putting diapers on at night. And he does occasionally wake up during the night to pee, so then it's easy to pull down and up again.

Got it, wanted to make sure I wasn't breaking a rule I guess I'll probably switch to pull-ups when we start night training, I like your "nighttime underwear" idea.
