I think you can find one in any department store. I searched high and low for the perfect dress for DD's baby naming, and after ordering tons online from everywhere you can imagine, I found one I loved at Kohls when I wasn't even looking.

Janie and Jack is one of my favorites
Macys, Lord and Taylor, Bloomingdales.
Even TJ Maxx and Marshalls often have nice special occasion dresses.
