its very professional....you go into the "locker" room and you change into a robe and slippers and they give you a key to your locker to put your stuff in, then you go into a room with comfortable chairs and couches and relax until they call your name. You are then brought into your treatment room. All the lights are dim, and quiet music is playing and its a beautiful experience!!

See thats the hard part - when DH does get me GC for there - it is a 5 hour package - so it is a little of everything.

And Expectant Mom’s Massage (but I don't think you need that one  )
