Best kind of maternity pants?

Whats better- the full panel or the demi panel? I want to order some work pants from Gap while they are on sale...

Also, has anyone ordered gap pants? How does the sizing run? I wear an 8 normally...

I LOVE the full panel ones! so comfy and they grew with my growing belly better than the other kids.

I only got clothes from Destination Maternity, but they ran S, M, L. I think that's how they all run, but not sure

It's definitely a personal preference. I love the full panel ones, because I feel much more "held together" . But I know a lot of people who prefer the lower ones. I'd recommend going into a store and trying different kinds on and seeing what you're most comfortable with. You also might find that earlier on in the pregnancy, you prefer one kind and when you get a lot bigger, you'll find another kind to be more comfortable. You just gotta play around with them and see what works for you!

With my first I ordered the half panel from Gap and they where great in the beginning. Then as time went on and my belly got bigger they didn't fit well anymore. So this time I bought all full panel jeans. If I'm going to spend the money I figure I want them to get me through the whole pregnancy.

If you are an 8, then order that size. They fit true to size, at least for me they do. I'm usually a 6 and they fit great. They where a little loose by my ****** belly area when I first got them, but now at 23 weeks they fit perfect. I really like Gap maternity jeans. My other favorites are Pea in a Pod. I have a pair of Mavi Maternity Jeans from my first pregnancy. They where really expensive, but fit well. The other two brands I bought fit just as well and are less expensive. I don't like Motherhood jeans at all. They look awful on me.
