Best Facial Bleach
Anyone have any recommendations for an easy to use facial bleach? I've used the one where it's a tube of powder that you mix with the cream, but I never seem to get that right.

I thought they were all like that. I use the Sally Hanson one. I like that it comes with the little measuring cup instead of just the card to mix on like the Jolen one.
