Best drugstore highlighter?
I am almost out of my highlighter and wont' have time to get to ulta or anywhere like that before I go away this weekend.
What can i pick up at target that's good?
I prefer one I can apply with a brush- so a powder

L’Oréal makes one that is good
It’s called shimmeresta (totally spelled wrong) highlighting powder
