I have used the BJ's Travel Site for car rentals and have gotten a good price. If you belong to Triple A, they sometimes have good pricing too.

Costco Travel. This past trip, it was $100 cheaper than Expedia and in the terminal (didn't have to take a shuttle).
I check Expedia, Travelocity or go directly to the car rental sites.

I usually check prices online and then bid slightly under the lowest price on Priceline -I usually wind up with a good deal that way

I check the individual rental websites with coupon codes and AAA, BJs and Amex.

If you have a AAA account ,i find that going through them is always cheaper.
