Best black dress pants?
I'm really tired of buying black dress pants and within three washes, they look all beaten up. I hate NY&C and Express pants for that reason. Where do you go for great dress pants that don't fade or start to look crappy after just a few washes? I'm not interested in dry clean only pants. Also, I have short legs but if the pants don't come in petite length I can get them tailored. Thanks!

I would look into LLBEAN, there quality is excellent, and they do carry petite..Good Luck.

most dress pants that i would recommend would need to be dry cleaned.
i dont think the cotton ones that are washable will eaar very well without fading.. maybe will fade less if you wash in woolite

Ann Taylor/LOFT They are a little more $ then NY&Co but they are a great fit, wash well and last forever (as long as you don't outgrow them like me... )

i use express pants, but i get the dry clean only ones, and they last for years...
