Best baby thermometer
What do you use to take your baby's temperature? I have a digital thermometer that can be used under the arm or rectally. I took DD's temperature yesterday under the arm and because she was fidgeting so much it took a while to get a reading. And on top of that, it's probably not the most accurate.
I know rectally is most accurate but I'm so scared to hurt her. Is that what everyone does? Is there a forehead or ear thermometer out there that is very accurate?

I use the Braun and check in the ear ... checks it pretty fast.

Rectal is most accurate. I can't tell you how many times the ear thermometer read fever and the rectal one was 99.
And forget the forehead one. I threw that one out.

Rectal. I swiped like 10 from the NICU when my kids were in there they always had them in their cribs I have them all over the place

We can't even get DS to lie still to change his diaper, I can't imagine using a rectal thermometer.
Its hard enough using the forehead one on him

Agree. I've tried lots of thermometers and this is my favorite, by far.
