Besides Britax....
What are some other good, but less expensive car seats? DD is offially out of her infant carrier & I need some info on convertible car seats... What do you use - Other than Britax?

I have the Eddie Bauer 3 in 1 convertible car seat but it is pretty $$$ too. I like it.

Thanks - If it's less than 269.00 - I'll consider it. We have to buy 2 seats so I can't see spending that much $.

We have the Evenflo Triumph 5. It was highly rated like the Britax and it only cost $75.00 with a coupon from Babies R' Us.

I heard from a lot of women on here that the seat that is supposed to be next in line from the Britax as far as safety ratings is the Evenflo Triumph. I've seen it at most places for around $130-140 although BJ's has it for $99. We just got the Britax Marathon as a gift for Emily's Christening from my parents and will probably get the Triumph as our 2nd seat.

WE just bought the Graco ComfortSport convertible. It was $79.99 at TRU and we had the $10 off coupon. It seems REALLY cushy and comfy and we'll be testing it out on our drive to NY
