belly pains

does anyone's belly just hurt?

I know it is probably either from the stretching or the babies pushing against me, but the past few days my belly just hurts all the time. It especially hurts if I turn certain ways or bend down. It is hard to explain the feeling...it is not like sharp pains at all, but basically just feels like my belly is bruised. It is very uncomfortable

I am 19wks...is this a normal feeling?

I went through this last night. the baby was stretching and punching and whatever else in there and my belly was so sore. It was really hard to fall asleep. I feel your pain!

I think I know what you mean....does it also maybe feel like you pulled a muscle in your stomach?? It probably is just stretching or the baby, I wouldn't worry.

I have been getting some pains as well.. its not cramps.. I feel like its a dull pain combined with some gas like issues.. I don't know. I don't know if it is gas or LO moving anyway.. I just try to keep my legs elevated always, and drink water.. sorry I'm no help

I get that, too, and have to prop my belly up with a pillow for support just to get some relief. Have you tried that?

Yup. I get that sometimes. It feels sore, brusied, or like I pulled a muscle. This happens a lot when I bend over. It hurts to tie my sneakers!

yes, that is me. i feel like my belly is one big bruise

thanks girls! It is nice to know I am not alone, but stinks we all have to deal with it. It does not feel good!

For the past 4 days, I have a pain about 2 inches to the right of my belly button that progressively hurts more as the day goes on. i think it is a pulled stomach muscle.

yeah i am feeling this a lot lately. this is baby #3 for me but I never exp this before. but they did tell me in the beginning that the more pregnancies the more cramps and discomfort.

Yes, I feel this too, and have felt it since near the beginning of my second tri. My belly was sore like you described, as if I'd done too many sit-ups, and if I touched it it felt bruised.

Now at 30 weeks, the "sit-up" feeling has gone away, but the bruised feeling has intensified.
