Belly dropping.. is it true?
Someone told me that once your belly drops usually youll go into labor within the next 2 weeks... Is this true? Dont remember with last pregnacies.. (ugh I never remember anything).. I think my belly has dropped.. feels so much lower than it was. Im not due until 2/15.. Im not sure Im ready for 2 babies under 2.. Im terrified.

I had my belly drop twice with G. Once at about 30 weeks or so, and then again right before I delivered (about 4 days before).

My belly has dropped before this.. but now it feels sooooo low. As im sitting here, i can actually feel it resting on my legs.

I had posted a while ago asking when your belly dropped-- and a lot of girls responded that they never did. So, I think that probably disproves that theory-- unless those girls had C's.

I'm I the only one who WANTS her belly to drop? I can't breathe because my belly is up so high into my ribcage. I'm waiting for the moment where I can actually take a full, relaxing breath again!

Hmmm.. not so sure. I've been carrying very low, so I'm not so sure my belly is going to drop and if it does, I have no idea where it's going to drop to!

Wasn't true for me. My belly dropped around week 30-31 and Emerson was born at exactly 39 weeks.

Same problem here- I have the shortest torso for an average size person. There is no where for it to drop to- it just keep coming up higher.
I really have had difficulty breathing today- so much so its scary

Same here. I'm almost hoping mine DOESN'T drop, since I'm already so low!

I don't know, but I dropped by christmas and I'm not due untill 2/7.
I thought I heard it was more like 4 weeks.

I am 32 1/2 weeks and mine is sitting on my legs as we speak! I have been pretty low the entire time, though.
