Belly Button Growth

So I have a belly button phobia-- I cant touch my own belly button, let anyone else touich my belly button or even look at someone else touch their belly button... I know its a freak thing but I have always been this way...

So, anyway today I notice that I have a small growth like in my belly button- bc of above mentioned phobia I havent touched it to feel but from looking at it it looks almost like a dark pimple inside the belly button.

Im 26.5 w -- has anyone else experienced this?

It could be all the shmutz that's been collecting inside your belly button for the last few decades. This is really gross but when I got to a certain point in my pregnancy I noticed something hard deep in my bellybutton. I pulled it out. It didn't hurt at all and I'm guessing it was years of built up soap and lint. (gross, I know.)
