my perfect little belly button popped out and looked like a huge nipple coming out of my belly for both pregnancies and immediately went back in after I delivered!

Mine is not going to pop- it's spreading out. I can see that it's almost at it's bottom- nothing in there to "pop". I think it will just smooth out to flat nasty surface.

Mine has been out for so long I almost can't remember what it was like to be an innie. By 7 months it was out as far as it could go. It will go back in after I give birth (it better!!) - I think  is back there poking at it and making it stick out, because every once in a while it goes flat again depending on how she moves.

Mine has completely popped and also looks like a giant nipple coming out of my shirt...i cant wait to see it go back after delivery. I think it varies on what kind of belly button you started with.

Mine popped at about 33 weeks. It went back to an innie after delivery. It still looks kind of scary though...its still big

LOL, you should see mine!
With my first it didn't pop out until the middle of my last trimester.
With this one I popped out beginning to middle of the second trimester.
It eventually goes back in after delivery. Give or take a week.
I have a middy. If you have an inny it most likely will go flat. middy and outy pops! My husband calls my belly the 3rd nipple

Same here... the top is pooped out but the bottom is flat. It happened around 18 weeks.

I do not remember when it popped out with DD#1 but it did go back in, it just looks a little different.Not bad though!
