Bellmore/Merrick/Wantagh Ladies!
I just tried the new nail salon "Nails and Relaxation Spa" on Sunrise and Bellmore Ave and it was AMAZING. The prices are really reasonable, the salon is gorgeous and clean and I am obsessed.
I think I just broke up with my current nail salon!!!!!!!

Nope but the pedi chairs gave me such a good one that I didn't care.
They also give you tea and cookies!

Yeesh I can't remember who I had for a pedi (he had Beiber hair if that helps) but I know I had Eva for my mani and she was great...

I guess I am spoiled because of mostly going to salons in the city, but I got a mani/pedi there recently and my review of the place is more of a B than an A. Reasons being - there are a LOT of asian guys who do the work there. I think its nice if you want a deep tissue massage, but the guy who did my nails almost cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding, and the polishing wasn't as exact as I would've liked.
The salon is definitely spacious and I give them mad propz for having every nail color bottle on display under the sun, and the chairs are VERY comfortable, the drying stations VERY clean and well-kept. The prices are a little higher than what I've paid but I am just used to having women worklng on me, not guys...That was my only thing...

every nail salon ive gone to has asian guys working there. i love them. i always get a great massage and just the right amount of cuticle cut.

I have been passing that place a lot recently bc I take sunrise from my house to my sister's in seaford and it looked great!

I guess it depends on who you get like any other place.
I had my first bad manicure there this weekend. My lady took 70 MINUTES to do a manicure--the lady next to us did 2.5 manicures while I got ONE. She filed all my nails different lengths and she screwed up my day because she took so long. I was ready to kill!
I had a pedi after that was lovely...but I was so pi$$ed by that point that it didn't matter. I tried to get the manicurists name so that I never ended up with her again but she had no nametag (never a good sign!).
