Being bad..
having some soda with caffeine....just a little, haven't had one ounce of caffeine since my bfp.

It's okay to have caffeine during your pregnancy, just not TOO much.
I've had 1 cup/day for this and my last pregnancy which was FINE according to my doctors

I have a soda or two a day. Under 300 mg a day is fine (some say 200 mg).
I drink it often with 2 extra strength Tylenol to ward off my severe migraines.

not at all.. sometime in the 8 or 9 week, i couldn't keep anything down i had to chug down a can of coke.. it was the best thing ever.. i had to do the same thing another day as well..
and 1 cup of caffiene a day is fine..

I have a can of caffeinated soda every day - otherwise I get horrible headaches since I had a few cans of caffeinated soda every day prior to my bfp.

That's not bad, just one can is fine! I have only had caffeinated soda 3 or 4 times since my BFP and the last time I had some I literally pledged my love for Coca-Cola out loud in the car to myself  Enjoy!
