Behr's Customers??/
When you went in to buy your furniture where you able to negotiate the price. The set I want is like $1500 and I dont want to spend more than $1200.

What are you getting for 1500?? I could be wrong....but 1500 seems like a good price for furniture at Behr's...

We didn't even attempt to negotiate. Some stuff was marked down and we had coupons and opened an account so we got an extra % off.

lol - mine too! I didn't try to negotiate the furniture - the man I was working with lowered the cost of the shipping I believe - and that's only because I live down the block and was in there every day so he felt like we were best friends.
I did however - with my Nava bedding tell him how much a competitor was going to sell it to me for - and he matched the price (which was about $200 less)

I bought my baby and big boy furniture there and no negotiating. Not even the pay cash thing. Just the $100 off mattress thing - both times.

Its Bonavita set. It comes with Crib, Dresser 5 drawer and changer dresser. It comes to like $1572

Wow if your crib alone cost that much that is crazy. What kind of crib did you get. Its gotta be made of steel.

BBB carries Bonavita...did you check out their prices? I know you can use coupons and get money off......
We got DS furniture at Behr's because they have a set delivery charge and set up the furniture. BBB charges 100 bucks for each item delivered.
The armoire to my sons set was very $$$$$..his crib was probably around 800 bucks...
ETA: $1572 for the entire set is a really good price..

They must gave changed the policy, because last year I was told 100 dollars for EACH piece.

I think that 1572 for an entire set is a great deal - if you want to try and get them down alittle see what they can do to accomodate you.

no the price is the price there - i know my dad tried to negotiate the price and i think asked if paying cash would get rid of the tax but they dont do anything
