I posted last week that my furniture came, but when they left and I flipped on the over head lights (note to self, do this before you sign off on furniture!), I noticed a pretty significant scratch on the front rail, that looked like the factory tried to fix with a clear coat of something over it.
I called Monday and they were so easy about it and said they'd send someone today (I'm off today). The guy took a look and said he had a replacement front rail (or whatever you call it) in the truck, so they replaced it on the spot.
I'm very happy with the customer service. Now at least it's scratch-free until my LO gets active and starts comping on the rail Chat Icon
