Are you looking for someone to help address general behaviors like discipline behaviors, or are you looking for a bcba, which is a specialist who generally works with children with autism to break down tasks, learning, and behaviors as a method of teaching everyday behaviors (from brushing teeth to how to behave).

Hi, I am a licensed behavior analyst and specialize in behavior modification. For many years I worked as a behavior specialist, specializing in parent training for adolescents. I'm OOS but I can absolutely give you some general strategies if you need.
You'll want to work with someone who will come to your house and do extensive observations to help identify the function of the challenging behaviors before providing specific strategies.
its been a while since I lived in NY so things may have changed but when I lived there the only way to get this service was through your school district, a provider agency, or hiring a BCBA.
