Beginning of labor?
Yesterday morning I lost my mucous plug. Then later that evening I was having what felt like AF cramps and horrible lower back pain. It didn't seem to be in any pattern, it was more constant. I went to sleep and felt fine all day today except for a few sporadic AF cramps. Is this the start of labor?

Definitely sounds like somethings going on. Hopefully the contractions will be coming soon, if they haven't already!

i felt like that 4 days before active labor with sporadic moments of regular contractions. sounds like it could be soon!
