Beef Stew
Anyone have a yummy beef stew recipe for the crock pot?? DH bought stew meat instead of stir fry meat and I need something to do with it!

how about pepper steak?
onion
garlic
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced green pepper
1 large can tomatoe puree
pepper
pinch cruched pepper
serve of noodles.. the peppers give sooo much flavor! great(better) in the crock pot too!

2 lbs stew meat
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
4 carrots sliced
3 potatoes diced
1 onion
Put meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt & pepper. Pour over meat. Stir to coat meat w/ flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients & stir to mix well. Cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours (high 4-6 hours). Stir before serving.
