Beds?
For those of you who recently bought a King Size bed. Where did you buy it? Did you shop around for prices? What kind of mattress did you get?
Sorry there are so many questions.

Re: Beds?
We got ours from Sleepys. We got a really good deal because DH's sister works there, so we didn't shop around for prices at all. I don't remember the extact style we got, but it was Kingsdown.

So, would you recommend Sleepys or Rockaway for the better bed/price?

Re: Beds?
I can't remember the brand but we bought a king size from Sleepy's. I think it was a Simmons Beautyrest.

Re: Beds?
We have a commection at Sleepy's so we got it there. It is a Kingsdown. We got it about 2 1/2 years ago.
The frame we got at Ikea actually, as I wanted a very simple platform bed & they had one & the price was great. Once we get our permanent furniture there is a fabulous 4 poster bed we love.....

Well, now that my friend works for Sleepys, I would give the business to him. They both have similar beds. I'd always go to my friend..he gives us a "family" discount..

Re: Beds?
Levitz is having a sale that is you buy a bedroom set over $1000 you get a free Serta mattress. We were considering buying from there since we want new bedroom furniture.

Re: Beds?
I got a Kingsdown at Sleepy's last year and I got an excellent deal.
I bought a Slumberdown at Rockaway Bedding 5 years ago. It was expensive but has held up really well and is in our guest room now. I preferred dealing with Sleepy's, because my experience with Rockaway Bedding was a disaster

Re: Beds?
Rockaway bedding..
Now we're thinking about replacing the bed, it's about 9-10 years old.
Beds don't last like they used to.
Thinking about a Therapedic or the like.
