There is a way to get it on MLS without listing thru a realtor. That's probably your best bet......

I forget the name of the company but it's the one where your house will appear on cablevision real estate channel (it's really just photography & descriptions...not a show per say). I looked at a house that belonged to someone who was doing that. I think they paid $5K for it.
