I am in some playgroups here in NY and its the same type of thing. I did seperate parties for the groups - more like a big playdate with cupcakes than a party.

claire? no. he is friends with emma...who he calls claire.

I hate when people I like do things that violate my moral code. Unless it's family or a friend I've known my whole life, I find that the friendship often ends because I can't reconcile it.

that's exactly it.
to make matters even worse...
I don't know why, but I tend to pick up a lot of senior citizen friends.
I walk with this woman sometimes in my neighborhood. LOVES josh. shows jessie no stranger love but loves josh.
talks about grandkids all the time.
i go to this bday party...guess who grandma is???
my walking friend!
could you imagine????
so now i think she is wondering how i can be friends with her dil...i really just wanted the little girl to have a nice bday
